Return Policy
RETURN AND REFUND POLICY — MARINA YORKVILLE
Returns are not free. Refunds or exchanges may incur additional handling and shipping charges.
1. Return options
The customer can request a return within 30 days of receiving the order.
For the return to be accepted, the following conditions must be met:
- The product must include all its parts, accessories and be in a condition similar to that in which it was received.
- Returns of items damaged due to misuse, impact, or improper handling will not be accepted.
- Products for personal or hygienic use must be returned clean.
- In case of defect, this must be reported immediately upon receipt.
- Shipping costs associated with the return may be deducted from your refund.
- The return will be processed and verified within 7 working days of receiving the item.
- We reserve the right to refuse returns if obvious use or damage not attributable to shipping or manufacturing is found.
2. Procedure for requesting a return
If your order meets the above requirements, you will need to send an email to:

The message must include:
- Order number
- Reason for return
- Product photo in case of defect
- Name and surname
- Customer's full address
Once your request is approved, you will be provided with a return address. The package should not be sent to the return address on the shipping label.
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
3. Right of withdrawal (14 days)
If the consumer is a natural person, he or she has 14 days from receipt of the order to exercise the right of withdrawal.

Due to automated order processing, cancellation requests must be made within 2 hours of purchase.
After this period, the order may already be in the logistics process and cannot be cancelled immediately. In this case, the customer must wait to receive the order and request a return in accordance with this policy.
Since orders are processed automatically, it is not possible to cancel an order that has already been shipped or is in transit. In this case, you will need to wait for delivery and proceed with the return request according to the terms indicated above.
To expedite the process, we recommend attaching proof of return shipping.
4. Refunds
Once the return has been received and verified:
- The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase.
- The refund will not include shipping costs or any additional costs, unless justified.
- The process will be completed within a maximum of 14 calendar days from approval.
5. Additional relevant information
All returns must be sent to our assigned fulfillment center.
Shipping and return costs will be borne by the customer.
